I am a Certified Menopause Specialist/Nutrition Coach and the owner/founder of Your Thyme Nutrition and Wellness.
More About Me
I have always lived my life with a passion for sport, nutrition and fitness. I have worked in the industry as a high level gymnastics coach for over 35 years. I was a competitive body builder and also competed in CrossFit.
My experience brings a wealth of knowledge with topics such as nutrition, exercise, body image, disordered eating, stress management, behavioural change and recovery. Now as a post-menopausal woman over 50, I can relate to the challenges experienced with hormonal changes.

I have now turned my passion into helping women 40+ struggling with hormonal changes due to peri-menopause, menopause and post menopause. I help my clients create balance by taking a gentle but purposeful approach to achieve their goals and thrive during these stages of life.
